Reto Plaintain de Deer&Doe
Para el reto de la camiseta Plaintain de Deer&Doe, me decidà por esta tela que me dió mi tÃa. Tiene un tacto muy agradable y se cose muy bien. Una pega: que pesa bastante y con el puño que le he puesto en la parte de abajo...¡pues pesa más!
I decided to join the Plaintain T-Shirt challenge by Deer&Doe. I chose this fabric that my aun gave me, the feeling is very nice and it's easy to sew (even in my old sewing machine). Just one problem, it weighs a lot, and more since I added the rib on the lower part.

El reto era coger el patrón de la camiseta Plaintain y hacer bien la camiseta tal cual o modificarla. Evidentemente yo la modifiqué y me ha quedado algo que no se parece en nada....
To the point.
The challenge was to download the t-shirt's pattern and make it as it is or to modify it. I clearly chose to modify it and now it looks nothing like the original.
Indispendable que pueda sacar la teta, que el niño ese cuyo brazo asoma por la izquierda de la foto está siempre enganchado, asà que le añadà una abertura y una banda (en horizontal).
Absolutely necessary is that I can breastfeed my little one (the one showing an arm on the left), and so I added an opening and a band to cover my boobies.
Lo que más he disfrutado ha sido hacer coincidir las rayas, no me han quedado muy mal, ¿no?
What I enjoyed the most was to make the lines even and it turned out quite well, don't you think?
La verdad es que no me convencen las rayas en blanco y negro... Me puedo poner la camiseta para una fiesta temática de Beatlejuice o para un partido de fútbol americano, pero para todos los dÃas.... no sé.
All in all, I am not conviced by the b&w lines. I guess I could wear the top if I was to referee a football match or for a Beatlejuice-themed party.
