Versionando un patrón

Ya sé que dije que la Ottobre Woman de primavera no me gustó, y lo mantengo. Pero también dije que tendría que mirarla en frío y modificar alguna cosita, y eso he hecho.

I know, I know. I said I didn't like the latest Ottobre Woman, and I still don't. But I also said I would look at it again and I would try to modify some patterns, and that is exactly what I did.


He cogido el patrón de Japanese Flowers (un vestido) y lo he transformado en camiseta. Básicamente he cogido la parte del corpiño, lo he alargado (a ojo) y así me ha quedado.

So basically I took the Japanese Flowers dress and transformed it into a top. I only took the bodice and made it longer and this is the result.

La tela es viscosa, de la Feria dos Tecidos de Oporto; y las vistas del cuello y el detalle de las mangas es de Telas Pedro.

The fabrics are a piece of viscose from Feria dos Tecidos in Porto, and the yellow bits are from Telas Pedro.

Y justo esta mañana en la radio decían que se lleva el azul, así que ¡parece que he acertado con el color!

The radio this morning said that blue is in fashion these days, so I guess I picked the right color!
